5yThank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed CEI’s holiday and benefits package during your tenure. We do empower employees to own and manage their own projects so that they can do their best work. As for departmental culture, we’re sorry you felt like this area was lacking on your team. We recently launched a robust learning management system that is being utilized at all levels of the company to help elevate the skills of managers and individual contributors. We are optimistic that our continued investment in training will help elevate skills across the company—especially for those in critical people manager roles.
