I love working for Cupertino, great work life balance. They offer a competitive salary and weekly pay. Depending on the Division you are in; most managers allow you to work from home occasionally.

Cons

Training can be limited. If you are not a fast learner or go getter you may not succeed on a project team.

Resourceful engineering department. A lot of opportunities for growth.

Silicon Valley is an expensive place to live so you must be very good at this job to be able to make enough for decent living.

I've worked at CEI for 4 1/2 years. Cupertino Electric is a family owned business and I am so happy to be a part of the CEI family. I love my job and the people I work with. The perks and benefits are amazing, but most of all it's the way CEI treats there employees.

Cons

We don't have a cafeteria.

True, we don’t currently have a full on-site cafeteria (we do have vending, complimentary coffee, and special employee lunch events).
