The brass at HQ have no idea that the rogue leadership away from CA runs a facility that rivals a lemonade stand.

A great place for Nepotism.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees, management is greedy for no reason, bonuses only go to favorites. Management allows poor treatment of employees, even when brought to their attention. Employees are over worked and under appreciated.
