Most people are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

The company "culture" is pretty much just skin deep. You will be asked to provide input, but if that input isn't a positive thing don't expect it to go over very well. In fact, you may have people come after you if your input effected them. And work/life balance is great if you work in the corporate office. Not so much for the office staff in the field.....

All I have are Pros. CEI is the best company I have ever worked with. Great management team and 100% committed to the safety and welfare of their work force. Fair to a fault and they have integrity and honest relationships with the entire work force.

Cons

NONE! There is not one bad thing I can say regarding Cupertino Electric. Great company great , great people, and very good wages. If I could go back i would have started work with them years ago.
