Foreman sometimes lack leadership skills, it really is a crap shoot on who will be running the job

We really do strive to be sure that Foremen are ready for the assignment. We encourage the writer to talk to his superintendent so we can understand the issues and we can try to fix them. More training needed? Manager coaching? Give us the chance to address by speaking to your sup or HR directly?
