They get large jobs. That’s about it.

Cons

They will change pay rates randomly and constantly. They are by far the most unreliable and chaotic contractor, in terms of management, that I have worked for.

Coworkers are good, the events are nice, insurance is okay-ish

Cons

Don't expect to see any pay increases, And I mean that whole-heartly. They value getting new employee's over paying their existing employee's.
