Pros

Occasional free meals. Company events happen often.

Cons

Inappropriate comments are tolerated by management. It has been said to me that the BIM Department is seen as less-important by some members/departments of the company.

Pros

Company size and investment in technology is progressive compared to others in this space. Company communication seems to be decent, as large as the company is. They use a system called LiveWire where employees can get company updates, find fellows within the org, and find forms for HR, healthcare, etc. They seem to get a lot of work, though I don't know why.

Cons

Management is fragmented and constantly trying to keep their teams put together. The best employees leave and go FTE with a client or go to other shops. There seems to be a higher revolving door similar to what was seen at Sasco. I wanted to believe I was working for an elite contractor, but I kept finding myself disappointed in the management's decisions and course of actions. When I called attention to it, I was fired. I am not bitter, Cupe lost one of the best and brightest and they will never get me back.
