Pros

They don't charge employees for coffee or water but don't mention wanting different creamers, the CEO will make it his personal mission to explain why this is not an option.

Cons

CEI will work employes into the ground. They used to value dedication and hard work but unfortunately this has changed. This is a career dead-end. Save yourself the time and hassle. Steer Clear. There are much better places to work with more pay. The senior management team is horrible. Not one leader in the group. All of them are in silos and have lost the pulse of the company.

- Can be overwhelming at times but this is not a fault of the company necessarily - Salary has limited wiggle room but yearly raises make this a moot point
