- Great mission of the company, we are doing important work and everyone understands and values this - Great interteam communication and collaboration - Very talented and smart co-workers

- Still not sure about product-market fit, the healthcare sale cycle is very long and difficult

Pros

* Talent: The team impresses across all roles (Business, Clinical, Tech). Everyone is competent, approachable, and a ton of fun to work with. * Growth: The projects are challenging and fun, with innovation required at every corner. Since the company is growing, lots of opportunities to mentor. * Work/life balance: Management is completely flexible on how/where you work, as long as you get things done. So far work life balance is healthy. * Mission: It's truly motivating to hear the impact of your work on patients from user studies.

Cons

It's a start-up, so there's fresh paint everywhere and you are expected to roll-up your sleeves and stretch outside your job description. Despite healthy funding and a clear path forward, there's more risk (and rewards) than in a large company.
