Pros

collegiate atmosphere between peers, mutual respect expected and received, good package, high loyalty from management, generally honest and open style, some very good people you work alongside

Cons

lack of focus on addressing business development, senior management can be blinded by middle management, company culture weaker the further you go from central hq.

The best company I have worked for, its everything that you do not experience in an IT organization... loads of fun at work which makes work a complete fun.

Cons

Not much I must say but the exposure to latest technologies is one I can think off as Product Development basically is exposed to the Frame work only.
