Pros

a) Good work environment b) Work and life balance is satisfying c) Process is very well defined. d) Good Project Managers who help good career guidance.

Cons

a) IBM has bought the company. So there might be a lot of change in the process. b) The company is a product oriented company. So there might be some setbacks ( like not much on-site opportunities if you are in Product Development, You get oriented to the framework and do not know other kinds of business and technical flows).
