I have worked for Curant Health for several years and really enjoy the team environment that is encouraged in the workplace. I think it is important to like the people you work with, and I really do. I feel my managers as well as company leadership welcome feedback on processes and actually take that feedback into consideration when making decisions. My managers work very hard to ensure that things run smoothly on a daily basis and offer true support to the people they supervise. The company also provides opportunities for growth, a regular schedule, and nice benefits. Overall, I think Curant Health truly cares about its employees and the patients we serve.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons that would prevent me from working here.
