Pros
It's a very positive and easy going work environment. There are no office politics. It might be due to the size, but I believe it has more to do with how intentional they are with each hire. Ryan is always open to giving guidance or sharing his vision, and welcomes opinions that may differ from his own. There's a lot of opportunity for stretching your abilities. Overall, great place to work and grow!
Cons
It's not really a con for me, but two of the company principles are complete transparency and owning your mistakes. Essentially it's absolute honesty with the understanding that everyone makes mistakes.
