      Supervior easy to talk to Hours Helping community Pay for the work

      Cons

      Sometimes a lack of communication or organization Lots of training to get through at the beginning. Too many apps to use for training, tracking hours, pay, communication, etc.

      Pros

      Enjoyable coworkers, management has been highly responsive, allows for a lot of flexibility, seems the company truly cares about the community and its employees.

      Cons

      Patients can be irritable, small workspace, not very many hours given if patient count is low.
