The best reason to work here is for the money.

Cons

You can and will be reprimanded and criticized for the smallest of reasons. For example maybe you forgot to include a space before a dash in a report. You will never hear thank you or good job. You will not be respected. Management will not follow the unrealistic rules that are required of you.

comfortable work schedule, and great pay.

communication may be complicated at times, some site leads are hard to work with, you may have a long commute, they fire people without much communication or warnings.
