In regards to your comment on management, we've onboarded our Chief People Officer, Kate Demitrus, who is working towards initiatives focused on coaching and mentoring, alongside our Learning and Development Director, Kelli Gilpin, in our efforts to increase professional development opportunities for our employees.       Basic human values are not a priority. (Integrity, Honesty, Compassion, etc)

      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Generous PTO and FSA. Performance based bonus once per year. // Curative Champion program. PTs are great - for the most part ;) #ServiceIndustry Great co-workers.

      Cons

      It is easy to max out on growth opportunities, especially if not in a surge. Integrity is not a priority. Few (if any) opportunities for professional development. Appreciation (if any) is given through words, not shown through action or in a tangible way. Words lose value fast. Favoritism is fact. Buddy buddy with your boss? You're good. Gossip is the love language. Management is hit or miss. If you challenge the agenda in any way, good luck. You then have a target on your back and are treated differently, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.
