      overall good compensation but with some management struggles

      Pros

      Salary is decent, better than average, with solid benefits. Potential for promotion/career development is also better than average.

      Cons

      Under-experienced management sprinkled throughout the company has led to persistent inefficiencies. Unclear goal setting and goal tracking make it difficult to determine which employees are problematic, leading to loss of morale in some departments. The severity of this issue is largely dependent on department and individual managers.

At the start of 2022, we've implemented our new performance management system to help establish goals, allow better tracking of progress made on those goals, and help support the communication process leading towards opportunities for growth. This will be crucial in aligning our management and employees to department initiatives.
