      You will be without a job in March. Drama and favoritism. You will wonder if it’s worth your sanity. You’ll be expected to work every minute of the forty hours you signed on for.

      Flexible hours and quick hiring

      Cons

      Personnel policies are absolutely shambolic. There is almost no vetting before hiring and thus the quality of some entry level employees is pathetically bad. Middle management is a dysfunctional clique of 20-somethings who are too incompetent to be hired in their original degree fields. These major personnel faults are why the employee turnover rate is over 100% at most testing sites.
