      pay- because that's the only way they get people to work there in the first place.

      We regret to hear about your experience. As a young company, we are constantly trying to improve and evolve our procedures. We recently implemented management training, as well. When it comes to new jobs and promotions, we consider internal employees first and base it on merit.

When it comes to management, we recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly. In addition, we absolutely want to see our employees grow with the company. Our recently launched Employee Review Process is one way we help employees advance in their careers.
