      We appreciate your feedback. Regarding internal hiring, please know we evaluate each candidate/employee based on established metrics per job description. When new positions open, we disseminate them across the company, and we're iterating on better ways to communicate them.

      Great Pay, holiday bonuses, some possible overtime, and all the automation was super cool to work with.

      Thanks for leaving your feedback. Please do note that we have a robust biosecurity program and always follow the highest of COVID safety protocols. In regards to management, we recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.
