The only pro is that it’s 20/hr but it’s not even worth it

Cons

The management is toxic and has no respect for any of their employees. Harassment, bullying, and non pc language runs rampant. The mangers have huge egos. And then you work 10 hours covered from head to toe in the florida sun while the site lead sits inside bullying everyone from her throne. This was the worst place I have ever ever ever worked.

Started at $30/hr as an entry-level lab assistant, was promoted and received 50% raise. Great people and overall mission.

Cons

There was a serious lack of communication from the C-suite and mid-level management teams.

We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. We have a biweekly newsletter to help highlight company changes, as well as an intranet with the latest information. Our Slack channels like #announcements and #askexecteam are meant to give you information and answer your questions in real-time while creating a channel for transparent conversations with the executive team.
