We also understand your leadership concern and recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.

We have played a significant part in achieving that mission, but the job is not yet done. We continue our commitment to ending the pandemic through COVID-19 testing. In regards to post-pandemic plans, we have a unique opportunity to use our momentum to make a lasting impact in the healthcare space. We have a robust R&D team working with some of the latest technologies as well as a business team actively exploring our options.
