Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. The executive team meets daily to discuss changes and how we can bring them to our team. We will continue to proactively communicate to you as we have answers.

      They do a lot of friend hiring within the company, when problems happens on management the staff pay the price, and they expect to do everything but your job.
