Pros

Relaxed environment, consistent testing for free, clean, supervisors are nice

Cons

Far away from anything, thus the commute is very long. No perks for any part-time workers

Each candidate is evaluated on stringent job metrics and once onboard we offer training. Of course, this could always be improved upon, and we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.

Pros

- Great pay, co-workers, benefits - Good place to learn, a stepping stone company

Cons

- Communication between all departments is lack luster (directors to leads, directors and HR, etc) - Bad management - Terrible HR, doesn't care about employees and have brushed major things under the rug - Forced to stay in lab when there is no work - Employee moral low Large disconnect between company and employees

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly. When it comes to communication, we are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. The executive team meets daily to discuss changes and how we can bring them to our team. We will continue to proactively communicate with you as we have answers. We have a biweekly newsletter to help highlight company changes, as well as an intranet with the latest information. Our Slack channels like #announcements and #askexecteam are meant to give you information and answer your questions in real-time while creating a channel for transparent conversations with the executive team.
