Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a changing healthcare market and state and federal guidelines.

Cons

The fastest hires aren't necessarily good hires. People with limited training are promoted beyond their skills, especially skills at managing people and creating a shared vision a team can get behind.

Thanks so much for your review and all the work you do! Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible
