      My coworkers and leads were amazing, it was like we had a little work family. Very chill environment, made great connections during my time there.

When it comes to where the company is heading, you well know that Curative was initially started with the goal of ending COVID-19. We have played a significant part in achieving that mission, but the job is not yet done. We continue our commitment to ending the pandemic through COVID-19 testing. In regards to post-pandemic plans, we have a unique opportunity to use our momentum to make a lasting impact in the healthcare space. We have a robust R&D team working with some of the latest technologies as well as a business team actively exploring our options. We share updates as we have them during the All Hands meetings and through our company-wide newsletter (theDOSE). Curative has a bright future and we value you being part of it.

      Poor scheduling, lack of communication, no empathy from going from 40hours + to less than 6 hours a a week

      It's employees like you that help our company make a difference in the fight against COVID-19. Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. For example, we have a biweekly newsletter to help highlight company changes, as well as an intranet with the latest information.
