      A great company for opportunity

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, high pay, start-up company that invites opportunity. I made a lot of friends and found my passion for management and helping people while leading an operational team providing thousands of vaccines each day with a co-manager.

      Cons

      Startups often come with communication issues, and Curative is no exception to this problem. You may always be on the move and the can be exhausting. Sometimes I had to very long hours to maintain the site while managing employee questions and conflict.
