When the need for additional resources to tackle the pandemic became apparent, as a company we dove in to take on the challenge and serve people across the country. This sometimes meant long hours. Thank you for sticking with us during a stressful time of change and growth for our company. Your contributions played a vital role in improving public health.

      High salary, free lunch, nothing else

      Cons

      Poor management with no experience, made PTO mandatory or at least they tried, fired people without explanation, changing policies everytime company wants, HR represent the company and not employees

We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly. 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. Curative was founded during the pandemic, and we are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better.
