Thank you for your feedback. After a year of fighting the pandemic, Curative is stronger than ever having now delivered over 17 million tests to help reduce the spread, flatten the curve, and save lives during the pandemic. We will continue to process samples as there continues to be a need and demand for testing in communities across the country. Curative is quickly working towards our transition to becoming a company that provides many essential health services after COVID-19. We just passed the milestone of delivering 500,000 COVID-19 vaccines to our communities. Investing in our employees is a priority and we are rolling out more benefits shortly. We hope you’ll grow with us

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined, ultimately impacting hours.

Pros

Competitive pay, friendly coworkers, free food

Cons

Favoritism, nepotism, hiring bias, no room for professional growth. Management is extremely biased, favors certain employees over others, there is no room for growth at this company. Very hard to switch teams or expand skills. Often times they would hire people with no degrees or non-relevant degrees. Most of their employees could not even tell you what a virus is, you are better off working elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to read you enjoyed working with your teammates while at Curative and see that you agree that our compensation is competitive. Please know that our employee and management development is a priority for us and we are strengthening our approaches each day. We continually share this type of feedback to make real changes in the organization. Curative does have an internal transfer policy where many of our employees have been able to move within the company to find the right role for them and their career trajectory. We wish you well on your next chapter.
