Covid testing daily for all employees

Cons

Cut hours in half with zero notice or explanation. Do not appreciate even long-time employees.

Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible
