      The pay is good and transparent

      Cons

      Prepare to be observed under a microscope, they've been cutting our hours since it has been slow, if you work on graveyard good luck contacting HR, their interview was a hot mess in terms of scheduling, their SOPs are subpar from where they should be, management has poor experience, they're constantly figuring out things as the company grows in as poorly as possible, it is a company with reckless growth and no future in sight
