- Decent pay - Fair experience - Paid time off - Weekly meetings/updates - Food Provided (bugs in food recently however)

Cons

- Plays favorites. Not based on Merit. - Not a team. Each department has a huge disconnect. - Get more responsibilities as you work longer with no pay raise. - Higher skill level does not get any pay raise. - You are disposable//If you voice your concerns they can just hire someone else. - Management and higher ups are like kids and don't listen or care about employees. - The culture is terrible and it stems from management, unfortunately they are in denial and just blame everyone else under them.

Management will promise you one schedule then threaten to Let you go if you don’t work the opposite schedule Management lies about schedules They don’t respect your time They won’t listen to the 10+ people who got food poisoning from their catering (and the person who got glass in their food Management has never held management positions before and it shows (they do not know how to properly treat people
