      Sinking ship that can't take any sort of real feedback from employees

      - meaningful mission - great base pay - okay culture and work life balance

      Cons

      - 0 possibility of equity - 0 transparency on career advancement or ladders - 0 culture of feedback or criticism tolerated Company showed promise initially, but lack of growth opportunities, dead end work, and poor business model made me glad to move forward after all was done. Unceremoniously laid off one Monday after nearly 2 years with 0 feedback or warning given prior.

      Pay, and perks, and willingness to except part-time work.

      Cons

      Management tolerating toxic and unprofessional behavoir. Also ignoring excessive micro management of some employees put in charge.

      Pros

      The work was straightforward, and there were processes in place to train new staff well. It was nice to have free food as well

      Cons

      A bit of a nepotism-like vibe when it came to promotions because the company was new, but I think that probably changed.
