      Good pay. it's an easy job.

      Cons

      Everyone is a new grad and has no clue how to manage. Event the DON and ADON are legit new grads. They will be "stern" to get their point across, but have no clue how to run a company or manage workers. They will constantly say "well you are getting paid.. xyz." Any complaint and they say well you get paid high, so be quiet.

      - work environment was not that great - it was cold most of the time - there is favoritism on role assignments
