Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible

Thanks for sharing your experience. We never want you to feel like there aren't opportunities for advancement. We are committed to career growth for all of our Curative employees. As a company that has only been around for 18 months, we are still setting up our processes to allow employees to grow themselves as we continue to grow our business. We are planning to have follow-up performance reviews in Sep 2021 for those who had initial reviews in Feb 2021. Also, effective Jan/Feb 2022, our new performance management system will help facilitate establishing goals, allow better tracking of progress made on those goals, and help support the communication process leading towards opportunities for growth. Finally, on an ongoing basis, we encourage employees and managers to keep an open dialogue regarding performance expectations.
