      Pros

      Decent pay until you are mandated to do the tons of OT. Benefits with No copay except can’t get them to pay the bills!

      Cons

      Staff are fed lies, this company is NOT transparent with the truth. Major micromanagement! Very Toxic environment bc you can’t give feedback or constructive criticism without being deemed “negative”… and god forbid you show you are knowledgeable. They want nonexperienced um nurses so they have nothing to compare the um experience and sadly they will be misled what a truly great um experience can be but it will NOT happen at this company. this company mandates crazy workloads and crazy Overtime which results in a salary around minimum wage. Leadership leads with the mean girl mentality.
