Pros

Pay was decent $25/hr and worked in AC and heat was nice

Cons

You have no support at all. Everything that has to be “fixed” or seen about has to be done online and has to be emailed to a thousand people before you can get an answer and they micromanage and will hide in the parking lot and watch and tell you they’re 5 hours elsewhere while you’re looking at them even though you and your team are doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Pros

Pay's a good wage for regular workers and for site leads. Pay's for employee's lunch's that are $15. Really good lunches. Pay's for water and gatorade drink for employees to stay hydrated. Pay's for ponch's for when it rains, and for when it is really hot fan and big tent's.

Cons

Upper management does not back up their site leads like they should. They expect alot out of their site leads to be done in day when alot can happen on the site and your the only site lead. Curative lacks as a start up company as it did not have policy's and procedures written nor did it have labor laws up til the end. This is start up 101. Yes, it was COVID -19 that still is no excuse if you are going to start a company than do it right. You hire people with the knowledge. In all I learned alot and served my community and I am grateful to everyone for it.

Pros

Working here through the pandemic was an amazing insight into what people can accomplish when working toward a common goal. I made lifelong friends here and had the great fortune of working with and managing wonderful, talented individuals and teams.

Cons

Amazing things were often accomplished despite corporate obstacles, which were many: a chronically disengaged HR staff, deliberately opaque and siloed company structure, unclear long-term goals, and executive infighting trickling down to hasty, reactionary decision-making were the norm, not the exception - though the exceptions were golden. As expected in a high-growth startup, the exceptional people carried the weight and often burnt out. Rounds of layoffs were handled poorly, as other reviewers have mentioned, and rapid, seemingly gut-instinct priority and budget shifts typically translated into bloat and waste while straining relationships with both internal staff and external vendors and contacts.
