Company did not have a clear vision throughout employment there and there would be layoffs every few months; did not feel a sense of job security. I had a lot of trouble getting my stocks awarded to me as a salary worker and they ended up exercising a Call Right on people who exercised and left. So despite working for multiple years and buying vested stocks, expect to lose them if you leave. Questionable decisions by c suite throughout my tenure; glad I found something else.
