Pay is low for what's demanded Almost all upper positions are filled by nepotism No personal growth or development Yearly raises well below cost of living 2-4 surprise layoffs each year

The pay is good and the work is easy. The system is easy to learn

Cons

They are not organized, they open and close sites too much, they don't wanna pay for sites to stay open. this company is waiting for handouts. They have very unprofessional people working within the company and allow rudeness to happen to customers. They will fire you without notice or wait till you drive to work to fire you very unprofessional
