      Free Health Insurance, Innovative Model, Company Growth

      Cons

      Use their employees and then let them go, Workplace bullying is common specifically by leadership, SLT is very hands on and make bad rash decisions, Work life balance is non-existent, Do not value employees opinions, Unlimited PTO but cannot ever take it, No raises or minimal raises given with expectations to work more and more, daily standup meeting at the end of every day so cannot ever have dinner with loved ones. Let go most valuable employees that understand the business and are why the company has had success.
