      Pros

      - excellent company mission to improve access to healthcare for the people - top of the market compensation and benefits - management is on the ball and has a cohesive long-term vision with accessible milestones and timelines - employee mental health and culture is some of the best I've experienced - coworkers are extremely intelligent and competent - cross-team collaboration is smooth and unimpeded by conflicting interests - day-to-day work is clearly defined and the ball is constantly moving forward

      Cons

      - no longer offer equity compensation (but make up the difference in higher cash salaries) - advancement opportunities unclear; engineering organization still needs to flesh out transparent career ladders
