As a whole, Curative can be very disorganized. Simple and very obvious problems get ignored by management, and often it's the staff that is the first to point out the obvious. When pointed out, the problems still remain ignored a good majority of the time. Managers often grow annoyed when asked about said issues as well. The obvious simply isn't obvious for many higher ups at Curative. Also you must constantly cover yourself, don't assume anyone remembers anything and take screenshots of conversations.

- Horrible upper management - HR sweeps your complaints and input under the rug - Doesn't follow laws for sick pay even after being notified - The lack of communication between all upper management and CLIA and Training is horrible. Everyone has a different expectation and will blame you for not knowing. - If you want your achievements and hard work to unnoticed then come work for them! - When you aren't on the clock you still have to answer your phone, check emails and app notifications, and attend meetings...but won't be paid cause it's not within your regular work hours.
