Paid weekly and compensation is nice.

Cons

No room for advancement management is horrible and training is ongoing. You train repeatedly in the same courses and if you don't, they won't let you work

Good pay Some good people Great location Helped a lot of people during the pandemic

Cons

Most of the people who opened the lab at the height of the pandemic were treated unfairly by the people they brought in when it was safe to come outside. Supply chain upper management is racist. HR is manipulated by upper management. They are not for the lower level employee at all. A lot of finger pointing. A lot of division between departments.

Snacks, catered lunches (or at least they did during covid)

Cons

Company did not have a clear vision throughout employment there and there would be layoffs every few months; did not feel a sense of job security. I had a lot of trouble getting my stocks awarded to me as a salary worker and they ended up exercising a Call Right on people who exercised and left. So despite working for multiple years and buying vested stocks, expect to lose them if you leave. Questionable decisions by c suite throughout my tenure; glad I found something else.
