Direct manager and coworkers were great. Pay was fair for the work being requested.

Cons

They are owned by venture capital groups so if they have a bad quarter or several they layoff people to improve short term numbers. Upper Management sets unreal expectations for projects and timelines or makes constant adjustments after scope is approved. Groups punished for results that are out of their control.
