      Wok environment and culture in the Kilo lab is very good.

      Long hours working sometimes and changing the people from lab to another lab

      Management change for the good!

      Recent management changes are having a positive impact. Looks like there is more collaboration across work groups and more communication on what we are doing and where we are going together. Excited to see positive changes and hope it continues in the future!

      Used to be a lot of employee turnover, but latest management changes are changing that.
