      Nothing much- salaries will be good and you will have limitations.

      Cons

      You don't fell MNC CULTURE...DO NOT don't FOLLOW PROPER HIERARCHY....NO PROPER REPORTING...POWER RESTS IN ONE HAND CANT ESCALATE FURTHER ...no strong foundation in setting up gss. People make fake promise and leaders lie to there employees

      Pay and benefits was okay.

      Cons

      No lunch room. Employees have to eat lunch in their cars. No water fountain. No space. No room for growth. Old outdated equipment. No capital approval for new equipment. Overall a very poor culture. Bad systems which make work cumbersome. Two Mens toilets in the whole building.

Some of our efforts include: new training opportunities, leadership model, implementation of career mapping to help our employees learn about and explore other opportunities within the company, and greater focus on internal mobility with development plans and internal career center.
