      Pros

      Working with Curia has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to the development game changing medicines. The leadership team is focused on both the employee and the product. I cannot recommend Curia highly enough.

      Cons

      If you have a hard time accepting change, the fluid nature of the business can be difficult to manage.
