Global shared services team is the best place to work. I am working since last five months, where I could showcase my abilities at global stage. Working with people of different regions across the world is a big challenge where I can grow a lot in my career.

Cons

Working with diffrent sites across the globe is a great experience and I am enjoying my work.

Great role models, interesting work, flexibility, fair treatment, good hours, and management rewards hard work.

Cons

Pay is below average for the area, and this leads to low retention and thus a somewhat chaotic hierarchy.
