See no value in manufacturing employees. Need to start rewording employees more for hard work. Offer FREE healthy snacks and free water to employees Make the environment a better place so workers feel good at work

Management is hard to please. The are too many chefs in the kitchen. Hierarchy is confused on who is supposed to delegate work.
