      A lot of previous reviews are dated: Company highlights/news - Curia rebranded from AMRI. Two major acquisitions that round out the Curia portfolio. Burlington site expansion will be underway soon. Opportunity to make an impact, decisions and grow & develop at the organization. Very competitive benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Site expansion and facility upgrades will help support the growing business.

      A Startup Environment w/ Challenges & Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      At Curia Burlington, most of the population is very friendly, and willing to work extremely hard to support their teams. Since the turnover has been higher in recent history, many growth opportunities have opened up. There is more room for growth than other companies, and many compensation incentives have been rolled out.

      Cons

      A breakneck pace at times, and many processes which need significant improvement. There are often fires to put out within every department, and the overall ethos gives the sense that the company is trying to stabilize after much inorganic growth.

      Burlington MA Site Much Approved!!!

      Pros

      Newer management with strong commitment and direction for success. Great staff - very hard workers, collaborative, solution oriented. Strong Manufacturing capabilities.

      Cons

      Site still has to deal with past reputation and still needs to get fully staffed. However, people are joining on a regular basis so this should not be an issue for much longer. Come join the team and be a part of our success!
